Data we store
TVP stores account name, email, hashed passwords, HTTP-only session metadata, API key metadata, usage logs, billing event references, and requested market-alert preferences.
Market alerts
When you request market alerts, TVP stores your email address, selected model identifiers, cadence, and delivery history so it can send observed pricing and catalog changes. You can unsubscribe through an alert email or contact support.
API payloads
TVP forwards API requests to configured upstream providers. Do not submit secrets or regulated data unless your TVP agreement explicitly allows it.
Security
Raw API keys and passwords are not stored. API keys are hashed, passwords are salted and hashed, and dashboard sessions use HTTP-only cookies.
Retention
Usage and billing records are retained for account operations, abuse prevention, support, and audit history.
