Terms of Service
These launch terms define acceptable use, API key ownership, provider dependency, billing expectations, and suspension rights for TVP access.
Service access
TVP provides model catalog, comparison, and API gateway access subject to account status, key limits, provider availability, and usage controls.
API keys
You are responsible for keeping API keys private. TVP may pause or revoke keys for abuse, unpaid usage, security risk, or provider policy violations.
Provider availability
Model availability, latency, supported parameters, and endpoint access may change based on upstream provider rules and service health.
Billing
Paid access requires an active billing arrangement. Usage may be limited, paused, or denied when account limits are exceeded or billing is not current.
